IMTAS, an IT management and consulting firm offering managed IT support solutions, announced the win of a Federal contract to provide desktop and computer technical support service and assistance to the FBI’s IT Enterprise Service Division (ITESD). Service sites include all FBI offices in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
In support of FBI personnel, IMTAS will work with ITESD to ensure that all computer systems are maintained in a secure, reliable manner with minimum service interruption, and are running current FBI approved software versions and releases. This includes maintenance and administration of desktop computer systems, portable computer systems, cell phones of personnel, business application software, encryption software, and printers and peripherals. Other projects include new office installations, office relocations, special task-force requirements, and the technical refresh of IT Systems to support the FBI’s IT infrastructure.
